Neighbor.AI provides AI consulting, workflow automation, website design, and related services, primarily for real estate professionals. Specific engagements — scope, deliverables, pricing, and timelines — are agreed on separately with each client, and those agreements take precedence over anything on this website.

Demos, examples, and results

The previews, statistics, and examples on our website (including the interactive demo, sample response times, and sample recap reports) are illustrative. They show the kind of thing we build — they are not a promise of specific results. Response times, lead conversion, review counts, time savings, and business outcomes vary by client, market, and how tools are used. We'll always be straight with you about what's realistic for your situation.

Pricing

Prices shown on the website are current as of the date at the top of this page and may change. The price that applies to you is the one we agree on together before any work begins — no charge happens until you decide to move forward.

Using our website

You're welcome to browse, share, and use the site as intended. You agree not to:

• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site or the systems behind it
• Use the site to send spam or submit false information through our forms
• Copy or reuse the site's content, design, or branding as your own

Intellectual property

The content, design, and branding of this website belong to Neighbor.AI. Work we build for clients is governed by the terms of each client agreement — in general, you own what you pay for, and we're happy to put that in writing.

Third-party services

Our site connects to services run by other companies — such as Cal.com for scheduling and Google Fonts for typography. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, which we don't control.

Disclaimer

The website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We work hard to keep everything accurate and running smoothly, but we can't guarantee the site will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neighbor.AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Our total liability related to use of the website will not exceed the amount you've paid us in the twelve months before the claim — or $100 if you haven't paid us anything.
