We keep this simple, because that's how we do everything. Neighbor.AI collects only what we need to respond to you and do good work — and we never sell your information to anyone.

Who we are

Neighbor.AI builds AI-powered automations, websites, and consulting services for real estate agents. If you have any questions about this policy, email us at hello@neighbor-ai.com.

What we collect

We collect information you choose to give us:

• Contact form. When you fill out the form on our site, we receive your name, email address, phone number, and the message you write.
• Booking a call. When you schedule through our booking link, our scheduling provider (Cal.com) collects the details you enter, like your name, email, and meeting preferences.
• Direct communication. If you email, text, or call us, we keep that correspondence so we can follow up properly.

The interactive demo on our homepage (where you can type your name and brokerage) runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you type there is stored or sent anywhere.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and set up conversations you've asked for
• To provide and support the services you've engaged us for
• To keep basic records of our work together

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for advertising. We won't add you to a marketing list you didn't ask to be on.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that make our website and business run:

• n8n — processes contact form submissions so we can respond quickly
• Cal.com — handles call scheduling
• Google Fonts — loads the typeface on this site (your browser sends a standard font request to Google's servers)
• Our website host — serves these pages, and like all web hosts may log standard technical data such as IP addresses

Each provider receives only what's needed to do its job. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Cookies and analytics

Our website currently uses no analytics trackers, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies. If that ever changes, we'll update this policy first.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we're in an active conversation or working relationship, plus a reasonable period afterward for our records. If you'd like it gone sooner, just ask.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• Tell you what information we have about you
• Correct anything that's wrong
• Delete your information from our records

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. That said, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

Children

If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top of this page. Meaningful changes will be noted plainly — no burying things in fine print.
